WAVAY SWIMWEAR & WAVAYHOME OPERATE ON A NON RETURN POLICY. Please email within 48 hours to notify us if you receive a faulty item. Please note only items that are faulty can be returned due to hygiene reasons. Please keep the Hygiene sticker attached to swimwear before returning if faulty.
Hoodies are subject to exchange ONLY. If your size is not in stock a credit note for WAVAY will be given.
We offer a 7 day returns period for faulty items, items returned after this date will not be refunded/replaced.
Please get in touch if your order has not yet arrived within the estimated delivery time.
Please allow 7-10 working days for your item to be made and dispatched to you. We are a very small team and aim to have your amazing Products with you within this time frame.
On the very rare occasion, that your parcel gets lost in the post, We cannot be held responsible. We send everything tracked and have proof of postage. That can be provided if requested for 1st class posted items.
If you choose Royal Mail 2nd class shipping this service is a NON tracked service proof of sending the item can be sent on request but no tracking will be available. If your parcel does get lost for any reason WAVAY will not refund or replace your item.

Please ensure you wash the hoodie on a 30 Degree wash setting.
DO NOT Iron the print.
Wash the hoodie inside out.
Do not tumble dry.
